The Fulfillment Fund addresses the needs of young people through leadership camps, drug awareness education, internships, arts education, college counseling, career days, employment fairs and mentoring.

The Bridge Builder's Program collaborates with the Mentor Program and pairs youth ages 9-14 with mentors ages 15-21 for one year.

LA's BEST, L.A., CA
LA's BEST provides a solution for students in low-income, high-risk areas who need adult
supervision during the critical hours from the close of every school day until 6 p.m.

HOLLYGROVE, HOLLYWOOD, CA
Hollygrove's mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where each child can heal and develop emotionally, intellectually, spiritually and physically.

GREEK ORTHODOX LADIES PHILOPTOCHOS SOCIETY OF SAINT NICHOLAS, SFV, CA
The Saint Nicholas Philoptochos is composed of dedicated Orthodox Christian volunteer women servicing our community in a variety of ways.

WEESPARK, SFV, CA
WeeSPARK offers support to children with cancer and their siblings. They also focus on adult patient's children, who are often the most neglected among those battling cancer.

WEST VALLEY POLICE ACTIVITY LEAGUE SUPPORTERS (P.A.L.S.) SFV, CA
The primary goal of P.A.L.S. is to bring youth, community and the police together through positive and worthwhile programs.

JONSSON COMPREHENSIVE CANCER CENTER AT UCLA, CA
Funds from the Blanks Brother's Celebrity all-star Basketball Game were handled through the Foundation and directed to Breast Cancer research.

COMMUNITY SHELTER SERVICES, ERIE, PA
Community Shelter Services offers The Family Ties Program that provides temporary, transitional and permanent options for shelter and other supportive services.

JOEL II RESTORATION MINISTRIES, ERIE PA
The Ministry's intention is to provide resources and labor, which will meet life-sustaining needs of people in the community.

FLORENCE CRITTENTON SERVICES OF ERIE, PA
Florence Crittenton provides services to pregnant and parenting teens in the Erie Community and throughout the state.

EMMAUS MINISTRIES, ERIE, PA
Emmaus Ministries offers The Kid's Café. This program is an after-school center that provides a warm meal, recreational and educational activities, and access to community resources for disadvantaged children.

TRINITY CENTER/BETHESDA CHILDREN'S HOME, MEADVILLE, PA
Services offered by the Trinity Center include Drug and alcohol prevention/education, computer training, introduction to alternative activities such as sports and recreation, and outreach programs.

SAFENET, ERIE, PA
SafeNet provides a variety of domestic violence services including hotline, counseling, shelter, transitional housing, legal advocacy, and medical intervention for domestic violence and school-based prevention.

MERCYHURST PREPATORY SCHOOL, ERIE, PA
The Billy Blanks Foundation provides three scholarships to students who would otherwise not be able to attend a school of this stature.

THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF ERIE, PA
The School District offers The Student Parenting Program that provides education and support services to pregnant and parenting students, both male and female, from the time they are identified until they leave school.

UNITED WAY OF ERIE, PA
United Way combines donations of many individuals, Foundations and organizations enhancing its ability to impact thousands in the community.

HAMOT HEATLTH CONNECTION IN ERIE, PA
The Billy Blanks Foundation matched dollar for dollar the funds raised during the 1999 annual Women on the Move 5k Run/Walk for breast cancer held by the Hamot Health Connection in Erie. Funds were donated in memory of Billy and Gayle's sister, Betty Glenn Blanks.

DERRICK MCCALL, ERIE, PA
Funds were directed through the Foundation to cover the remaining costs of the grave marker and funeral services for Derrick McCall

THE MABELINE BLANKS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
This is a $1000 tuition and books scholarship awarded to a graduating senior at Billy's alma mater, Central High School in Erie. Like Mrs. Blanks, the award represents faith, perseverance and strength.

WOMEN'S CARE COTTAGE, NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA
Women's Care Cottage provides client-driven housing, clinical and supportive services to homeless and severely low-income women and children. It's mission is to help women and children move off the streets permanently and succeed self-sufficiently in their homes, schools, communities and workplaces.
